Sergei Thomas — The Premier Family Attorney in Denver, CO

Sergei B. Thomas founded Thomas Law Group, P.C. — now Thomas Family Law Counsel — in 2016, after working as a senior associate at the Johnson Marquez Legal Group. He began his legal career in 1990 as a criminal prosecutor, trying cases to judges and juries for approximately 16 years, including traffic, domestic violence, drug, assault, and homicide cases. Time spent in the juvenile unit gave him a deep understanding of how family-system issues intersect with dependency and neglect cases.

Mr. Thomas is a Colorado native who earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Colorado Boulder before attending Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, where he worked civil and family law cases through the Student Law Clinic. He is a member of the Colorado, Sam Carey, and Adams County Bar Associations.
